This role supports a Federal Intelligence Community customer’s occupational health and wellness program. The role exists to plan, oversee, and execute comprehensive health and fitness programs, including exercise programming, fitness assessments, and wellness workshops. It contributes to the team by promoting physical health and safety through customized fitness services and administrative oversight of fitness facilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead health and wellbeing briefings, workshops, and seminars.
• Provide fitness consultations, goal setting, and customized exercise programs.
• Support the planning and management of fitness programs and equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks including facility oversight and equipment assessment.
• Serve as a substitute instructor for group exercise classes.
