Senior Operations Research Analyst

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct independent cost analyses
• calculate and forecast future costs for systems, projects, programs, and resources
• create and maintain lifecycle cost estimates in ACE-IT
• develop cost-estimating methodologies
• provide technical analysis and budget advice for resource allocation and plans
• apply statistical, mathematical, modeling, regression, and economic analysis
• coordinate estimates and milestone documentation with program offices
• prepare status and forecast briefings
• analyze Earned Value Management reports and make recommendations.
