What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns according to protocols
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
