What you'll do

• Perform first scrub in assigned surgical specialty areas
• prepare and verify supplies, instruments, and equipment
• apply aseptic technique and maintain a sterile field
• support case readiness and room turnover
• provide safe patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards
• serve as a preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff
• participate in professional growth and competency programs.
