What you'll do

• Direct employees and ensure shift leaders and team members meet job expectations.
• Assign duties, organize schedules, monitor attendance, train staff, conduct operational walks and quality checks, support food preparation and sanitation standards, resolve guest concerns, manage opening and closing activities, complete administrative paperwork, and balance cash drawers or prepare deposits as assigned.
