Base salary is $165,000–$195,000 per year. COMPASS Pathways develops investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360, for conditions with unmet treatment needs. The specialist supports the launch and appropriate use of a mental health therapy at certified treatment centers. Through provider partnerships, compliant clinical education, site readiness, and patient-access support, the role contributes to coordinated treatment delivery and the company’s regional commercial strategy.

What you'll do

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy
• develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders
• deliver scientifically accurate and compliant product and disease-state education
• support providers with patient selection and referral pathways
• help certified sites with onboarding, readiness, and treatment workflows
• address site-of-care scheduling, patient flow, and operational considerations
• partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations
• help providers navigate reimbursement and access challenges
• communicate field insights
• manage account prioritization, call planning, and performance tracking
• maintain ethical, compliant, patient-centered engagement.
