What you'll do

• Own the ticketed portfolio of à la carte experiences, bundles, passes, upgrades, and add-ons
• maintain a roadmap prioritized by revenue impact, guest demand, and operational feasibility
• design bundle and pass structures
• partner with Revenue Management on pricing, promotions, and yield
• analyze sales mix, attach rates, redemption, and channel performance
• translate guest feedback and market trends into product improvements
• coordinate cross-venue products and partner logistics
• manage product setup in ticketing, POS, and e-commerce platforms
• lead go-to-market planning and sales enablement
• establish KPIs, run tests and pilots, and report results
• work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
