What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations in the assigned area using reports and dashboards
• assist staff during high-volume periods
• provide backup for callouts and scheduled PTO
• train new employees and update training materials
• help train existing staff on new programs and processes
• take ownership of escalated calls and inform the manager of concerns
• monitor phone department quality and production
• monitor voicemail, email, fax, and referral queues
• distribute work duties
• monitor clinic schedules and arrange changes and patient rescheduling
• oversee workers’ compensation and auto accident scheduling and train staff in those processes.
