What you'll do

• Guide residents in daily living and self-care
• provide supportive behavioral interventions
• support volunteer, social, and leisure activities
• assist with appointments and transportation
• dispense and record medications
• assist with mobility
• communicate with families and other parties
• monitor service plans
• document progress and incidents
• provide awake overnight support
• participate in housekeeping and meal preparation
• secure the facility.
