Director of Finance

What you'll do

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and reconciliations
• produce KPI reports on enrollment, revenue per student, retention, and operating performance
• validate financial data
• standardize and automate reporting
• maintain enrollment and tuition revenue models
• analyze financial and operational trends
• partner with accounting and academic teams
• support quarterly close, external reporting, earnings releases, executive and board materials, and analysis for accreditors and regulators
• support process improvements.
