What you'll do

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using established production procedures
• determine food and supply needs
• set up workstations and prepare ingredients
• follow recipes and special diet orders
• coordinate production with meal service
• portion and serve food
• maintain production records and temperature checks
• store food safely
• monitor stock and place orders when supplies are short
• clean and maintain work areas and equipment
• report equipment repair needs.
