What you'll do

• Solicit new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
• manage lead generation, outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing
• present open enrollments and renewal proposals
• learn employee benefits products, laws, regulations, and best practices
• advise clients on benefits changes and develop client strategies
• maintain knowledge of the market and applicable Affordable Care Act requirements.
