What you'll do

• Review and reconcile production, processing, quality, and regulatory records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• maintain controlled documents and revision histories
• organize and retrieve records
• support audits and inspections
• track documentation errors and recommend process improvements
• and collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Laboratory, Engineering, Maintenance, and Sanitation. The schedule is a rotating 12-hour day shift, 6 a.m.–6 p.m., on a repeating 3-days-on/2-days-off/2-days-on/3-days-off rotation, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
