The role exists to help meet occupancy and revenue goals through leasing, marketing, resident retention, and customer service. It guides prospective residents through inquiries, tours, applications, and lease documentation while supporting compliance and day-to-day office operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to leasing inquiries, provide tours, and follow up with prospective residents
• process applications and prepare lease documents
• support marketing and community outreach
• monitor market trends and competitor communities
• provide resident service and help resolve concerns
• coordinate with maintenance to prepare apartments for tours and move-ins
• assist with rent collection, data entry, and administrative tasks.
