What you'll do

• Greet and check in members during morning hours
• open the gym on Monday mornings on time
• answer phones and member inquiries
• handle front-desk operations
• assist with sign-ups, tours, and membership accounts
• maintain a clean and welcoming club
• address member concerns and escalate issues
• complete opening procedures
• promote and sell memberships and additional services.
