What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs in recreational areas and shared facilities
• diagnose and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
• handle carpentry, painting, lighting, and basic plumbing tasks
• maintain signage and conduct basic visual checks and minor adjustments to gates and call boxes
• inspect property, log work orders and preventive maintenance, support event setup and takedown, and follow safety requirements.
