The Triage Registered Nurse role is onsite in Clyde, NC. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Conduct telephone or in-person assessments using symptom-based protocols
• follow established policies and clinical nursing standards
• manage priorities and document patient information
• facilitate referrals to primary care providers, specialists, facilities, and community resources
• liaise with providers, care coordinators, hospitals, urgent care facilities, and other healthcare providers
• provide patient and family education.
