What you'll do

• Manage JVenture operations and cohort programming
• coordinate timelines, logistics, onboarding, and participant support
• recruit and select participants
• engage mentors, investors, and partners
• coordinate workshops and events
• use AI and emerging technologies to support program delivery
• liaise with Federation staff, the task force, donors, and stakeholders
• track outcomes and prepare reports
• and develop alumni engagement.
