What you'll do

• Support internal events from request through completion
• coordinate room reservations and communicate event needs to campus service providers
• provide onsite event support
• administer the room reservation system and produce operations reports
• research, test, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain event AV equipment
• train users
• document equipment procedures
• audit AV systems
• support conferencing systems and leadership meetings
• maintain equipment inventory
• provide rotating evening and weekend event support
• assist with large campus events and user training.
