What you'll do

• Evaluate patient needs and collaborate with physicians on prosthetic and orthotic services
• formulate device designs
• select materials and take cast measurements
• fit devices and perform alignments
• assess and adjust devices for fit, function, and medical efficacy
• instruct patients in device use
• provide follow-up with patients and physicians
• document clinical notes
• support practice management and referral relationships
• comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
