• Represent lenders, investors, and other parties in complex real estate financing transactions
• draft and negotiate loan and joint venture documents
• review title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents
• advise on transactions involving federal and state tax-credit programs
• support financing for commercial and residential real estate projects.
