Job overview

The HVAC Technician role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. Compensation is $69.47 per hour plus union benefits, subject to the UA Local 32 pay schedule. The role supports AirReps’ commercial HVAC service group and sales staff; AirReps is a Daikin division focused on HVAC solutions and customer-centric support. The technician starts up, commissions, services, maintains, troubleshoots, installs, and retrofits HVAC equipment. This work supports reliable commercial HVAC systems through field service, equipment commissioning, safety practices, and timely service documentation.

What you'll do

• Start up, commission, service, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC products and systems
• replace, install, and retrofit HVAC equipment
• coordinate daily direction and scheduling with service coordinators
• complete startup, warranty, and service reports
• operate a company vehicle safely
• work safely and perform other duties as assigned.

Why this role

5+ years of HVAC experience; Washington State L&I O6A Journeyman Electrical license and EPA 608 Universal License; accredited HVAC trade school certification or approved apprenticeship journeyman card; OSHA 30 desired; CPR; schedule Monday–Friday with overtime and weekends as needed; ability to lift over 75 pounds.
