• Lead and develop designers and photographers
• oversee print, digital, broadcast, out-of-home, and in-store marketing
• establish brand standards and style guides
• oversee creative campaign execution and brand consistency
• direct in-house photo studio decisions
• ensure product samples are photographed on time
• evaluate marketing and western fashion trends
• manage project timelines and budgets
• supervise workflow and deadlines
• partner with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Marketing on content and visual merchandising
• set priorities and motivate cross-functional teams.
