What you'll do

• Manage Texas property-casualty litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution
• calendar deadlines and court events
• maintain electronic case files
• prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence for attorney review
• coordinate filing and service
• communicate with clients and third parties
• collect client documentation
• anticipate case needs and raise issues to attorneys.
