What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of new-car inventory, incentives, and trade-up offers
• review service appointments and customer equity positions
• introduce the program and present upgrade opportunities to eligible customers. Explain trade-up benefits, collaborate with service and sales, record interactions in CRM, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, present trade values and monthly payment options, and provide showroom backup when scheduled or required.
