What you'll do

• Handle invoicing and billing and track accounts receivable
• communicate with client accounts payable as needed
• assist with general ledger functions
• compile financial information for monthly project budget reports
• inform staff about procedural requirements
• maintain financial files and records
• reconcile financial data and research discrepancies
• respond to employee payroll and expense-report inquiries
• oversee expense check distribution
• serve as a super-user for Deltek Ajera
• issue and track purchase orders and categorize costs
• oversee employee time entries and prepare payroll packages for CFO review.
