The role prepares food to established recipes and quality standards, maintains safe and sanitary workstations, and supports service across hotel culinary operations. It contributes to consistent food quality and smooth kitchen service in coordination with culinary and stewarding colleagues.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes, production schedules, yield guides, and quality standards
• stock and prepare workstations
• prepare ingredients using assigned techniques
• monitor food quality, freshness, temperature, portions, and presentation
• follow food safety and HACCP procedures
• label, rotate, store, and handle products
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• assist with opening, closing, receiving, and other kitchen stations
• communicate operational needs to culinary leadership.
