Registered Nurse Supervisor

The Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, and pays $42–$50 per hour. Complete Care at Heritage provides skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital and to people needing therapy or long-term care. The supervisor supports resident care and facility operations by monitoring health conditions, helping implement care plans, overseeing staff coverage and performance, and coordinating communication with families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. The role also supports accurate documentation and staff education.

What you'll do

• Assist with implementing and revising care plans
• monitor resident health and respond to emergencies or changes in status
• manage staff coverage, evaluate performance, and educate and lead staff
• communicate resident condition changes to families and providers
• review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain accurate records
• explain health status and care expectations.
