Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Clinton, NC, with compensation of $10–$16 per hour. The Magnolia’s culinary team supports residents with nutritious, high-quality meals. The aide helps prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and requests, supports residents during meals, and maintains kitchen and dining-area cleanliness. The role also assists with food safety, supply inventory, and coordination with the dietary team.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and special requests
• assist residents with meal setup and service
• clean kitchen and dining areas and wash dishes and equipment
• follow food-safety and sanitation practices
• receive and store supplies, check inventory, and report shortages to the Dietary Manager.
