What you'll do

• Supervise children
• plan and provide a comprehensive early childhood education program using Creative Curriculum and the Project Approach
• use assessment data to plan activities and individualize instruction
• conduct developmental screenings
• manage classroom operations and guide assistant teachers and aides
• communicate with families
• maintain attendance, meal counts, reports, and confidential education files
• conduct home visits and conferences
• participate in staff meetings and professional development
• report safety or compliance concerns.
