What you'll do
- Conduct on-the-line product checks and inspections
- monitor GMPs, sanitation, temperatures, packaging integrity, and employee and machine performance. Perform metal detection and calibration, prepare samples, maintain hold and quarantine procedures, and complete end-of-shift room release. Escalate quality or safety concerns to the QA Manager or Vice President of Quality Assurance.
