The Community Ambassador — Financial Education Volunteer opportunity is based in Tallahassee, FL, with outreach visits throughout North Florida and South Georgia. This is a seasonal, unpaid volunteer position, not a paid job. First Commerce Credit Union’s Foundation program delivers financial education with schools, community groups, and nonprofit organizations. The ambassador supports financial education and outreach alongside credit union team members and Foundation staff. The role helps participants build financial skills through classroom lessons, financial fitness events, and budgeting simulations, with a minimum commitment of three visits.

What you'll do

• Assist with youth and classroom financial education lessons
• support Financial Fitness Fairs and budgeting simulations
• participate in community outreach and represent the FCCU Foundation
• attend required in-person onboarding
• complete a screening interview and background check before selection
• commit to at least three financial education or outreach visits.
