What you'll do

• Assist the Produce Manager with daily department operations
• develop and evaluate product mix and marketing
• monitor costs, profitability, shrinkage, and competitive pricing
• supervise, train, and motivate employees
• follow sanitation requirements
• monitor product quality and resolve customer complaints
• maintain an attractive department
• oversee facilities and equipment
• order and receive produce and supplies.
