What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other online resources
• build pipelines for frequent and hard-to-fill roles
• develop relationships with local employers, community organizations, schools, trade programs, and workforce groups
• research labor markets and share hiring, wage, and candidate availability insights
• coordinate sourcing plans with recruiters and deliver qualified candidate leads.
