What you'll do

• Promote independence and support individuals with disabilities
• transport and accompany individuals to volunteer and recreational activities
• provide supervision, training, and support during outings
• implement goal plans and collect progress data
• maintain participant records and progress notes
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• assist with toileting if needed
• support vehicle boarding and passenger safety
• help plan community-integration activities.
