What you'll do

• Develop and execute legal strategies for federal and state policy initiatives and external engagement.
• Advise Government Affairs and business clients on relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including the Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare and Medicaid laws, the Affordable Care Act, 340B, FDA regulations, and OIG guidance.
• Work with legal department managers on complex matters, direct outside counsel as needed, and collaborate across Legal, Government Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, and business teams.
