What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care

• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• prioritize care by clinical urgency
• support nursing regulations and safety standards
• promote teamwork and professional leadership.
