What you'll do

• Prepare made-to-order breakfast dishes and maintain the breakfast buffet
• complete assigned prep lists including chopping, portioning, and sauce making
• clean and sanitize the workspace and break down the breakfast line
• follow food storage, labeling, and temperature logging requirements
• communicate with servers and kitchen staff
• and assist with banquet, catering, and event orders as needed.
