What you'll do

• Review weekly teacher lesson plans for standards alignment, measurable objectives, sequencing, differentiation, and cultural integration
• conduct at least one scheduled classroom observation per teacher each week
• provide actionable coaching and feedback
• support standards-based curriculum development
• monitor teacher progress and maintain confidential records
• prepare monthly progress summaries
• recommend or facilitate professional development.
