Regional Director of Business Development — South Bay and East Bay

The Regional Director of Business Development role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with stated annual compensation of $130,000–$150,000. What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth plans across South Bay and East Bay
• identify institutional partners and build long-term referral relationships
• recruit, train, manage, and coach Account Executives
• cultivate relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and physician groups
• collaborate with Clinical Services and Intake/Admissions
• report performance and ROI to the CEO using CRM and analytics.
