What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while following site procedures
• respond to incidents and access concerns using reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
