What you'll do

• Oversee the Youth Screening Program across two assigned counties
• ensure adherence to DJJ standards, agency policies, and contractual requirements
• coordinate communication between Juvenile Assessment Center and screening teams
• supervise and coach Shift Supervisors
• review staff feedback and contribute to evaluations and development plans
• ensure timely reports and quality-assurance documentation
• oversee onboarding, refresher, and compliance training
• collaborate on program improvement initiatives.

Benefits & perks
