What you'll do

• Oversee daily hotel operations and sanitation and cleanliness standards
• manage operating costs, labor, budgets, forecasts, and financial reviews
• monitor financial performance and implement cost controls
• collaborate with sales and marketing to support occupancy and revenue
• review invoices, collections, reconciliations, and reservation discrepancies
• coordinate departments and hotel goals
• inspect the property and suggest improvements
• lead management meetings
• support recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
• oversee safety programs and payroll compliance
• support shift coverage
• address guest complaints and feedback
• maintain communication with hotel staff and home office.
