Partner Operations Specialist

Job overview

The Partner Operations Specialist role is hybrid, with three days per week in Octopus Energy’s Downtown Houston office. Pay is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports the company’s Business Development team and third-party partner network as Octopus works to expand renewable energy and improve customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage onboarding and setup for brokers, aggregators, and digital partners, including administrative setup, rate sheets, and API workflows.
• Support active partners, resolve integration questions and statement discrepancies, translate commercial commission structures into data logic, audit monthly payout runs, and build conversion reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Retail Operations to address partner feedback and enrollment issues, and automate partner statements.
