The Site Quality Head role is onsite in Hopkinton, MA. Compensation is $206,080–$251,275 per year. The role leads quality and compliance operations at a Curia site, supporting the company’s work advancing customer therapies and improving patients’ lives. The position provides strategic and operational leadership for site quality systems, staff, and compliance activities. It helps ensure manufacturing operations meet legal, corporate, and FDA requirements while driving continuous improvement, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality staff
• oversee day-to-day Quality Systems operations
• resolve exceptions and deviations related to processes, equipment, or environmental excursions
• ensure exception reports are investigated and resolved with appropriate CAPAs
• oversee validation, change control, work orders, training, planned deviations, and environmental monitoring
• own change requests
• develop, review, and approve change controls, protocols, reports, memorandums, and action plans
• ensure business processes meet Curia policies and cGMP.

Why this role
