What you'll do

• Develop and implement individualized research-based instruction
• maintain special education programs, files, and confidentiality
• follow laws and procedures for referrals, testing, program development, placement, and child-find activities

• plan and conduct required ESER/IEP meetings
• implement IEPs with regular education staff and paraprofessionals
• collaborate with related service providers
• and supervise and train special education aides.
