Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Coordinate employee benefits proposals, marketing, and bids from request through submission
• prepare bid specifications
• serve as a contact among sales teams, carriers, General Agents, underwriting partners, and internal stakeholders
• gather and distribute supporting data
• track proposals and follow up for quotes
• compare carrier proposals
• prepare proposal packages and bid responses
• maintain records and tracking systems
• identify process improvements
• and stay current on market trends and carrier products.
