What you'll do

• Develop and execute a BCBA mentorship program
• develop and monitor supervision systems for behavior-analysis students and registered behavior technicians
• provide RBT training
• implement treatment quality and integrity protocols
• lead staff development
• design and oversee individualized programs for children ages 2–10
• conduct client onboarding
• coordinate case assignments and hours with the Operations Director
• interview candidates and provide feedback.
