What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with eating as needed
• provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers
• assist with walking and bed transfers
• perform light housekeeping
• provide emotional support and companionship
• document care and report changes in client condition
• coordinate with healthcare professionals.
