What you'll do

• Conduct one-on-one observation of patients at risk of self-injury or suicide
• perform observational rounds under licensed behavioral health supervision
• document and communicate observations
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as indicated
• monitor patients and promote prosocial behavior
• participate in treatment-team planning and staff meetings
• document critical incidents and treatment progress at a supervisor's discretion
• and use required personal protective equipment. Community meetings may be facilitated.
